Journeys Into Our Spirit

The Journeys that lead us inwards towards our spirit, are many. By unravelling the golden threads that have woven our life story together, we can begin to understand how it is that we have come to be us; the very woman that stands in front of you today. We have swam deep beneath the surface of our tempestuous oceans, we have snorkelled in a layer of calm.

Each time we have come up from below at whatever depths we have chosen to explore, we emerge awakened. We have gained a new perspective into our life and our world, as women.

We carry with us from the deep, forgotten knowledge and wisdom. We attune our intuition so that it begins to be the sophisticated voice of reasoning, from what science had once convinced the world it was, a woman’s irrational thought. Oh but on the contrary, our intuition is far from irrational, it is the deep rooted inexplicable reasoning within us, proving that we, as women, are given gifts that far surpass what we have been led to believe and reminded over and over again, to forget.
If you were to ask me what is a woman’s superpower? I would answer her intuition. Her insight. It could be no other. It is what makes us move mountains, synergize our energies and fall into the rhythms of the cosmos, while listening to the Universe’s whisper.

Through Journeys Into Our Spirit, we are asked to take moments to reflect on what is, what was and what we do not yet know. We are asked to sit with our selves and our super power and connect to the world around us, trusting that higher voice of reasoning. We are invited to lie among the grass, sing with the weeds and connect to the energy of the earth.

Do not take for granted that our life, is less than what we see growing around us. Everything created on this earth is a miracle, and you too are one. You’ve fought the odds, pilgrimaged through sandstorms, and created fires in a dessert. You’ve walked barefoot on hot stones, to wade in cool water, in order to feel the extension of you, of the life you are. Do not underestimate your own cosmic power. Do not undervalue your worth.
Do not for one second, think the universe is not in you. It is.
